Nikon’s Coolpix P5000 is a new addittion to the small sized pocket prestige cameras, based on a formula of well combined –yet, not very shocking- ingredients. Manual controls, 36-126 mm stabilized zoom and a fancy design makes the P5000 a very good choice when determining which camera should an advanced pocket camera user buy. The impossibility to capture in RAW format is one the most notable drawbacks of this camera.
